चारभुजा गढ़बोर का मन्दिर अपने आप में बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध मंदिर है और मेवाड के चार धाम में से एक माना जाता है । यहां की जलझुलनी एकादशी बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध है । महाराष्ट्र, गुजराज व राजस्थान के कई स्थानों से लोग इस दिन यहां दर्शनों का लाभ लेने हेतू यहां आते हैं । राजसमंद के गांवो जेसे रीछेड, सांयो का खेडा एवं चारभुजा आदि स्थानो से कई कई लोग जो रोजगार ना या कम होने के कारण बाहर बडे शहरों की ओर पलायन कर गए,उनमें से भी वे लोग साल में इस दिन परिवार सहित यहां अपने गांव में आने को लालायित रहते हैं ।

चारभुजा जी को मंदिर से पालकी, सवारी व गाजे बाजे के साथ, रंग गुलाल उडाते और गीत गाते हजारों की संख्या में लोग तालाब के किनारे स्थित खास स्थल पर ले कर जाते हैं जहां विधिवत स्नान व पूजा अर्चना आदि की जाती है । इस दिन चारों ओर उल्लास का माहौल होता है । औरतें गीत भजन आदि गाती हैं और नृत्य करती है और हजारो लोग भगवान चारभुजा की जय जयकार करते हुए एक विशेष तरह की सवारी निकलते हैं ।

Charbhuja Temple is a famous temple of the lord Vishnu in the Garhbor village in the Kumbhalgarhtehsil of Rajsamand district in the state of Rajasthan, India. The deity of Charbhuja Nath is considered to be miraculous.
The idol of Shri Charbhuja Ji is 85 centimeters high. The four arms of the idol hold conch, discus, mace and a lotus flowers. The discus and the mace symbolize dynamic power, energy and prowess.
The temple is made by mirrors, Lime mortars and Marble. The excellent work of the mirror is done in the original temple. The shutters of the inner temple are made of gold while outer shutters are made of silver. Garud ji is installed in the other courtyard. Stone elephants are placed on the both sides of the entrance.

Charbhuja Nath Temple, Kumbhalgarh, Rajsamand : Cause of establishment

Shri Gang Dev received divine instructions in his dream to install this idol. This idol is said to have received worship from the pandavas in the distant old days. This self-sale idol was recovered from water when Shri Gang Dev got message through a dream and installed at gadh. The idol was recovered from water for its installation and ceremonial enthronement. At this place, as many as 125 battels were waged over the centuries to protect this idol and many a time it was submerged in water for safety. The river Gomati flows by this temple. The idol of Shri Charbhuja Ji is 85 centimeters high.
